It looks like frozen, and faceted champagne!
This garnet is exceptionally large for such great clarity. Bright, and sunny color combines with precision faceting to create a bold, and eye-catching result. It will be destined for a very fancy ring or pendant. I can only imagine the work of art it will be the centerpiece of.
A note on the inclusions:
There are NO fractures, veils, or dislocations of any kind!
All the sugar crystals are small, and mostly close to the same size as each other. It gives it a real galactic / celestial effect, since they are very evenly distributed, with no extra density of them or lack of them in any one spot.
The 'roiling' effect is pervasive throughout the stone, as with many grossular garnets. It is very reminiscent of ice melting in whiskey, where you can see the different densities (water and alcohol) mixing in swirling, blurred texture and patterns.
