Custom Pricing
Faceting and Custom Jewelry fabrication rate: $35 / hour
Faceting time depends upon the material, and complexity of the design. Most gems between 1 - 5 ct. take between 3 to 6 hours. A simple 1 ct. round gem might cost 105, while a really in-depth gemstone closer to 5 ct would be in the 210 range.
I accept re-cuts and gem facelift jobs as well.

I add a flat fee for only two reasons:
- Firstly, if I am working on a sapphire, I add a 35 flat fee to account for extra time due to hardness.
- Secondly, if I cut the gemstone into my own tested custom design that I created in my CAD rendering program, which we would agree on beforehand, I add a 35 flat fee to account for my time creating, and testing it, which is a long process involving lots of faceting, and re-designing.
I am able to accept up to 5 gems per person at a time, unless otherwise arranged.

Regarding jewelry, I generally prefer to do one piece at a time.
I can do most types of jewelry, though heavy cuffs are a little out of my torch's range.
I work in silver, and all types of gold. No platinum at this time.
I can do palladium alloy gold upon request.
I do not do repairs at this time.

Time frame for each job will be based on my schedule, and the client's needs. We'll settle on a time-frame before the job begins, or any payment is accepted.

Deposit for custom work is 50 % due up front, and the remaining 50 % due upon receipt of pictures from me of the finished piece / job.
No returns on custom work, except in the event that there is a problem with workmanship. I will stand behind all of my work, but I can't accept returns on requested items. I do allow for a 7-day inspection period for stock purchases, which may be returned in their original condition, less shipping costs.
