This is a totally natural, padparadscha colored sapphire.  It's done in a custom brilliant-style shape, that I think would be perfect for a bail on a custom pendant.

This gem is clean as a whistle, which is kind of rare for Umba sapphires, and that bright color can be seen from anywhere in a room.
