This is a custom ring design that I made a mold of, and have tried a few different things with. I really like it as a solitaire because the braided shank adds something in terms of design, without detracting from the main stone, like accent gems might.
Kornerupine this large, this clean is special, so I wanted to let it speak for itself. It's got wonderful warm tones that seem to really pop outdoors, around nature, and especially so in wintertime, which it happens to be as I finished, photoed, and am listing this ring.
It may not be for everyone because in low lighting situations, this gem is quite dark. But that's why it's on sale!! It performs admirably in diffused and direct light.
