Comments:
I am very reluctantly selling some of my stash of chrome and vanadium KORNERUPINE; This isn't my cleanest grade, that I am holding on to, but it IS very clean material. Well above average, in fact.
This material is in my B grade stash, not because it is ugly, or cracked, or included, but simply because it needs a little grind here, or a flake to be removed there, or it may be a little smaller than I wanted to deal with. But all of it is viable for faceted gemstones. Plenty to work with yourself, AND plenty to send overseas for great little accent gems.
Note: the two large pieces from Madagascar are flat, and will make double-table gems. The large dark purple one is also flat, and will make a double table gem.
The price of kornerupine facet rough has gone up so much this past year, this may be your last affordable opportunity to score a working parcel of Kornerupine!
Green material is 5O+ per carat these days, and purple is simply not available. If it were, it would be costing near a hundred per carat.
