This is a really cool crystal, which could live its life in one of two ways!! It could live out the remainder of its days as a very interesting crystal, OR it could be faceted into a super unique gemstone!
The hypothetical gem that could come from this piece would be significant in size, and would present the opportunity to leave the cats eye portion included in the final piece.
I may decide to go ahead and cut a gem from this piece one day, but in the meantime, while I decide whether or not I'm going to play with it myself, I am offering it for sale, if anyone feels the need to rescue it from being faceted, or if anyone wants to try themselves!
