Comments: This custom gemstone cut by Scott Maier is right between a marquis cut, and an oval cut. Essentially it is a wide marquis cut with both ends clipped, which renders it a unique oval shape. The color is amazing, bright, and flows through a big range of tones: Ember orange, pumpkin, apricot, cinnamon, and a few more, depending on the light. It's overwhelmingly dominant color is orange, but I'd say it has just a dash of pink in it. It really gives off an 'Eye of Sauron' energy, which I think is really awesome.
