I designed this simple hexagonal step-cut very carefully to match the hexagona blue phantom within the stone. Because of this, there are subtle differences in the length of the small sides. Closing in the sides of the stone to be parallel with all of the sides of the blue phantom provides a visual boost to the stone.
The base color of the stone is a supreme, buttery yellow, with a generous amount of blue to boot.
There are a couple of very small crystal inclusions, and a flaw that reaches the surface at the table. I have priced the gem accordingly. It's not very easy to notice in-hand.
