Pink beryl is always fashionable, and in style. Everyone loves the warm pink tones. In recent years, it's been used as an engagement ring, and I am all for that trend. It IS a very 'wedding' kind of color and brightness.
It has good hardness for any kind of wear, and the color is better than average, especially for a medium sized gem like this.
It's got close-to standard gem industry proportions, so you could stock-basket set it for low cost effectiveness, or let your fun ideas out and create something masterful with it. Either way, it will catch a lot of eyes. Very even and effective cutting.
