This set of gems is, in a word, rare; It's considered a holy grail collectors gem, like red beryl, grandidierite, or benitoite. Tanzanian kornerupine is one of the most beautiful rare gems out there, in my opinion.
This parcel contains four faceted chrome kornerupine gems, and two chrome kornerupine cabochons, along with two vanadium kornerupine cabochons. All of them are top-shelf. There are a few inclusions, but most of these are VS. Even the SI gems show nice and clean. Estimate 75%+ VS.
